Prices on forgedbyyou.com are shown in US dollars (USD). PayPal and any other payment methods currently displayed at checkout are available for payment.

Order processing

Orders normally dispatch within 3 days after payment is confirmed. Engraving, order volume, public holidays or an address query may extend processing time. If we cannot dispatch within the stated time, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the available options.

Estimated delivery

Delivery normally takes around 14 days from the order date. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Customs processing, carrier disruption, severe weather and an incomplete or incorrect address can cause delays.

Free tracked shipping is currently offered worldwide. Tracking information is sent to the email address used for the order when it becomes available.

Orders are dispatched from Guangzhou, China. The customer is responsible for any import duty, customs tax, brokerage fee or other destination-country charge. These charges are not included in the product price and are collected by the relevant authority or carrier, not by Forged by You.

Packaging

Ring width and weight depend on the requested design, size and custom specification. Contact us before ordering to discuss these details. The specification confirmed for the custom order will apply.

Address responsibility

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact studio@forgedbyyou.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Payment security

PayPal processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. Forged by You does not receive or store your complete PayPal login or card details.
