999 Fine Silver Care

999 fine silver is naturally soft. Everyday wear can create scratches, small dents and gradual changes in the finish. Tarnish can also develop through contact with air, moisture, skin products and chemicals.

Daily wear

• Remove the ring for heavy lifting, gym equipment, gardening and work that may crush or deeply scratch it.
• Avoid chlorine, bleach, household cleaners, perfume and other strong chemicals.
• Put the ring on after lotions, cosmetics and fragrance have dried.

Cleaning

Wash gently with lukewarm water, a small amount of mild soap and a soft cloth. Rinse and dry completely. Do not use abrasive pastes, hard brushes or aggressive polishing compounds, as these can change the intended surface finish.

Storage

Store the ring dry and separately in a soft pouch or lined box to reduce contact scratches. Long periods in humid air can encourage tarnish.
